Description of Service
RouteCraft is a platform for general aviation pilots to:
- Plan cross-country routes with optimized fuel stops
- Compare multiple route options ranked by distance, time, and stops
- Manage aircraft performance profiles
- Visualize routes on interactive maps
- Review trip history and past routes
User Accounts
To use certain features of our service, you must create an account. You agree to:
- Provide accurate and complete information
- Keep your password secure and confidential
- Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
- Not create multiple accounts for the same person
User Content
You retain ownership of the trip data and other content you submit to RouteCraft.
By submitting content, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, and process that content for the purpose of providing our service.
You are responsible for ensuring that your content does not violate any laws or third-party rights.
Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the service for any unlawful purpose
- Submit false or misleading data
- Impersonate another person or pilot
- Interfere with or disrupt the service
- Scrape or collect data from the service without permission
- Harass, abuse, or harm other users
Flight Planning Disclaimer
RouteCraft is designed to assist with route planning for general aviation. While we strive to maintain accurate airport and navigation data, you acknowledge that our service is an aid to planning and should not be used as your sole source of flight planning information.
RouteCraft is not a substitute for official FAA-approved flight planning tools, NOTAMs, or weather briefings. Always verify route information through official sources before flying.
Subscriptions and Billing
RouteCraft offers free and paid subscription tiers. By subscribing to a paid plan, you agree to pay the applicable fees. Subscriptions are billed monthly through Stripe. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings.
Intellectual Property
The RouteCraft service, including its design, features, and content (excluding user content), is owned by Keller Solutions and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute our service without permission.
Third-Party Services
Our service integrates with third-party services such as Google Maps and Stripe. Your use of these integrations is subject to their respective terms of service.
Disclaimers
RouteCraft is provided for informational and planning purposes only.
The service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Keller Solutions shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of the service.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Keller Solutions and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the service or violation of these terms.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for any reason, including violation of these terms. You may delete your account at any time through your account settings. Upon termination, your right to use the service will immediately cease.
Changes to Terms
We may modify these Terms of Service at any time. We will notify you of significant changes by posting a notice on the service or sending you an email. Your continued use of the service after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
Governing Law
